Important information:

1. Applications must be typed or handwritten clearly.
   
2. Consular fees are payable in cash or money order to the order of the Consulate General of Brazil. Personal checks, company checks and credit cards are not accepted.
   
3. For applications by mail, only money orders will be accepted.
   
4. Applications without photos, the required documentation and the corresponding payment will not be processed.
