Important information:

1. Applications must be filled out electronically in the web site:https://scedv.serpro.gov.br
   
2. Consular fees are payable in money order issued by the United States Post Office (USPS) to the order of the Consulate General of Brazil.
   
3. For applications by mail, only money orders will be accepted.
   
4. Applications without photos, the required documentation and the corresponding payment will not be processed.
